We understand that you may occasionally need to change or cancel an order after placing it. SUPER ELECTRONICS will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, provided the order has not already entered fulfillment or shipping.
Cancellation Requests
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to cancel it.
Cancellation requests should include:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Email address used for the purchase
- Product(s) you wish to cancel
- Reason for cancellation, if applicable

When Can an Order Be Cancelled?
An order may generally be cancelled before it has been processed for shipment.
Because orders may move through our fulfillment process quickly, we cannot guarantee that every cancellation request will be successful.
Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or otherwise entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the shipment.
In this situation, you may receive the order and then contact us to request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Return eligibility and any applicable return shipping requirements will be determined according to that policy.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If we approve your cancellation before shipment, the order will be cancelled and the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Cancellations
If your order contains multiple products, you may request cancellation of specific items before they enter fulfillment.
If approved, only the cancelled item(s) will be refunded. Any remaining items will continue to be processed normally.
Changes to an Order
Need to change your shipping address, product quantity, or another order detail?
Contact us immediately. We will try to make the requested change, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
If the requested change cannot be made, you may need to wait for delivery and follow our return procedure where applicable.
Order Review and Security
For the protection of our customers and business, SUPER ELECTRONICS may review, delay, or cancel orders where there are reasonable concerns involving:
- Suspicious or unauthorized payment activity
- Potential fraud
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Pricing or technical errors
- Product availability issues
- Violations of our website policies
If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, any eligible refund will be returned to the original payment method.
